Cloë Saint-Jours is an art director based in Marseille with over 20 years in advertising and visual communication. Now an AI artist and director, she is also a member of Prompt Club.

She describes herself as cinema’s “class troublemaker” : she doesn’t do things the way they’re supposed to be done, but the way she feels them. Breaking codes, subverting conventions, searching within imperfection and the unexpected for what can spark emotion and bring a story to life — this is where her work is born from. A signature that has earned her the nickname “the director of pink films.”

Shaped by Marseille, intercultural influences, and urban culture, she is drawn above all to people — their journeys and what connects them — believing the most beautiful stories are often found on the margins. Her stories are rooted in reality: lived experiences, encounters, places she’s passed through, which she transforms into fiction, informed by her sensibility as a woman and a mother and by questions of lineage and legacy.

Alongside her fiction work, she brings this world to brands and artists.

For her, AI is never a starting point but a new territory for telling real stories — always in service of the idea and the story, never the other way around.
